The training session focused on servicing TORQ Retractable Fall Arresters, a key product in height safety that protects workers in demanding environments. Thanks to this training, AAK Safety is now fully authorised to service TORQ products, strengthening their ability to meet customer needs and uphold safety standards.

Danny Ramsay’s commitment to product knowledge and customer success was evident throughout the trip. Reflecting on the importance of this training, Danny explained: “When you’re working in safety, there’s no room for shortcuts.
